The Japan Exchange Group Financial Instruments and Exchange Law Study Group was established in November 2013, following the merger of the Tokyo Stock Exchange Group and the Osaka Stock Exchange (now the Osaka Exchange, hereinafter referred to as "Osei") and the establishment of the Japan Exchange Group, and took over the "Osei Financial Instruments and Exchange Law Study Group" (established in September 2009), which had been operated by Osei直到那时。
