合并比率（gapeihiritsu）

When a company merges, the shares of the surviving (or newly established) company will be allocated to the shareholders of the company that will disappear due to the merger, but the ratio of the number of shares of the surviving (or newly established) company will be allocated to the number of shares of the surviving (or unused) company will be called the merger ratio (or allocation ratio)
